Sustainable and effective leadership requires intentional organizing woven into human interactions. Through our workshops, we work with community leaders and contributors to explore and create a leadership practice based on whole-systems thinking informed by components and design principles.

Successful leaders cultivate relationships to build nurtured networks with empowering norms and generative structures, employ skilled facilitation, encourage engagement, and create a motivating vision and compelling purpose.

Working with philanthropists and institutional funders, we ensure their gifts to non-profit organizations and their programming are leveraged to their full potential. At a funder’s request, we support non-profit executive directors, their teams, and boards to achieve impactful execution while maximizing measurable social impact. Funders and Agents understand every organization faces unique challenges and opportunities. The decisions its leaders make necessarily reflect those realities.
